Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Dubai. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer support, and following up on leads. The role also includes training sessions to ensure a thorough understanding of products and sales techniques.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills
Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills
Proven experience in Sales
Willingness to participate in Training sessions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in telesales or a related role is a plus
Comfortable working in an on-site role in Dubai
