Telesales Executive – Stock Market and Forex Trading

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing trading services, and driving sales in the stock market and forex trading domain. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial markets, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote stock market and forex trading services.

- Explain trading opportunities, investment products, and market trends to potential clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated through campaigns.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in Telesales, preferably in the financial services or trading industry.

- Strong understanding of stock market and forex trading concepts.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to explain complex financial information in simple terms.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

- Proficiency in CRM software and trading platforms is a plus.

- Multilingual abilities are an advantage for engaging with diverse clients.

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telesales or a related role.
