Description

JOB PURPOSE

It is an integral part of the accounting, administrative, and legal requirements of the organization as this position task is to complete the mission of leasing & property management teams by executing the lease in property management system and Ejari portal.

In Brief, leasing administrator is acting as system operator & controller. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Liaise with respective departments to collect new building information hence create the record in shared drive, PM system and Ejari portal.
2. Check new lease hence Create the lease in system.
3. Issue Ejari agreement, get it signed hence approve building access form.
4. Generate Renewal batch, prepare renewal notices hence dispatch it to tenants.
5. Renew leases in system and Ejari portal.
6. Initiate unit vacating process, liaise with respective departments to receive documents hence arrange for SD refund.
7. Create different kind of memos based on management request.
8. Create legal memos, attach supporting documents & hand it over to legal team.
9. Handle legal cases closure and maintain legal records.
10. Manage the flow of all lease-related documents, maintain files to ensure that documentation is up to date at all times. prepare various lease supporting forms for management approval; distribute within Real Estate and Finance teams as required
11.Prepares timely and accurate reports from time-to-time be requested
 12.Communicates and coordinates corrective systems actions which will involve either system enhancements, process changes, for continued efficient management of portfolio data.

Requirements:
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Fluent speaker of the English language (preferably with Arabic and/or Hindi language)
Experience with Real Estate - CRM system is a must
Demonstrable record of working within a professional environment, following best practice and process within an administrative role
Substantial evidence of database input/management
Experience in working with in a client and customer facing role
Real Estate background is a must
Strong experience in Property Management environment 
Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and skills (Especially Microsoft Excel)
Team player

The ideal candidate should have bachelors' degree in related field qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require part, accounting, legal, requirements, organization, leasing, property management, system, portal, administrator, acting, system operator, controller, building, check, issue, access, dispatch, unit, process, documents, management, legal cases, forms mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 5k to 6k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
