Description

Key Responsibilities:

*Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
*Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts, ensuring timely submission and approvals.
*Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
*Manage petty cash transactions with proper documentation and reconciliation.
*Support VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
*Coordinate with the operations team to manage customer billing, freight charges, and shipment-related costs.
*Assist in inventory and asset management.
*Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure financial data accuracy.
*Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
*Perform ad hoc financial tasks as assigned by the senior accountant or finance manager.
*Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks MUST, Tally, or similar tools).
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

KIA ORA GENERAL TRADING LLC is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Junior Accountant in the field of Accounting/Auditing in one of their office located in DUBAI/DIERA - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require finance manager, general ledger, accounts payable, process, vouchers, preparation, petty cash, transactions, documentation, filing, compliance, operations, team, customer, billing, freight, inventory, asset, data, internal, senior accountant, finance, accounting software, tally, microsoft, excel mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
