Description

Job Title: International Business Development – Real Estate

• Identify & Develop Opportunities
• Research and identify new international markets for real estate investments and developments.
• Generate leads and establish connections with international clients, investors, and partners.
• Develop and execute market entry strategies to expand business in targeted regions.
• Client & Partner Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, real estate developers, brokers, and investors.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing tailored real estate solutions.
• Negotiate and close international deals while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Market Research & Analysis
• Analyze global real estate trends, emerging markets, and competitive landscapes.
• Provide insights and recommendations on market positioning, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
• Stay updated on international trade regulations, taxation policies, and compliance requirements related to real estate.
• Strategic Planning & Execution
• Develop and implement business development strategies to maximize international market reach.
• Work closely with marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of international transactions.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for stakeholders and leadership teams.

• Proven experience in international sales, business development, or real estate investments.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to engage with high-net-worth clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of global real estate markets, trade regulations, and investment trends.
• Ability to travel internationally for client meetings, networking events, and business expansions.
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• Certifications in International Business or Real Estate are a plus.
