Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our restaurant or hospitality team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guests’ questions about the menu.
• Ensure tables are clean and set up before and after each guest.
• Handle guest complaints or requests efficiently and professionally.
• Process payments and issue bills using the point-of-sale system.
• Follow health and safety regulations, ensuring food hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
