Description

Technical Support Engineer is professional responsible for channeling communications & information between clients, operations, commercial and administration, to ensure optimal Field Service Standards and Performance.

Standards and Performance are measurable in Variance in Budgets, Timelines, Resources, Skills, and Materials.

Support Engineer is expected to Log, Schedule, Dispatch, and coordinate Materials & Resources for Projects and Service Calls assigned to Company Engineers.
