Salary: 8K - 12K AED/month + 5% Project Profit Sharing

Location: Dubai

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing

team, responsible for managing and optimizing ads on major social media platforms such

as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. The role involves developing and executing

social media advertising strategies, analyzing ad performance, and optimizing for

maximum ROI. Successful projects will be rewarded with project profit sharing.

Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in social media advertising.

2. Familiar with advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads,

Twitter Ads, etc.

3. Experience in ad campaign strategy development, ad optimization, and data analysis.

4. Proficient in targeting, budget management, and reporting for social media ads.

5. Strong written and spoken communication skills in both Chinese and English.

6. Ability to independently execute social media ad optimization and monitoring tasks to

improve ad performance and conversions.

7. Strong teamwork skills, good time management, and communication abilities.

8. Experience with social media advertising in international markets is a plus.
