Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope of joinery, wooden and fit-out works.

• Review Project documents, drawings & Specifications to provide accurate take – offs and cost analysis.

• Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to ensure accurate pricing and cost management throughout the project life cycle.

• Conduct cost breakdowns for various aspects of the project.

• Decide how the tendering procedure will work, recommend tenders and conduct negotiations.

• Keep track of the project's costs and budget.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications.

• Calculating the cost of materials and labor required to complete the project.

• Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of project.

• Maintaining supplier/subcontractor database and consistently seeking new companies to pre- qualify for inclusion on tender list.

• Experience in Value Engineering to reduce the cost
