We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer who can deliver targeted training to sales professionals, from entry-level associates to experienced representatives, helping them develop core sales competencies and advanced techniques.

Role Summary:

The Sales Trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of sales professionals. You will conduct workshops, lead seminars, and facilitate hands-on exercises that focus on a variety of sales skills, from relationship building and prospecting to closing techniques and strategic selling.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training programs for individuals in the sales field, focusing on practical skills, sales techniques, and industry best practices.

Conduct assessments to determine participants’ current skill levels and customize training programs to address individual and group needs.

Facilitate workshops, role-play scenarios, and live demonstrations to enhance learning engagement.

Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, exercises, and assessments, ensuring content aligns with industry standards and client objectives.

Stay updated on the latest sales techniques, tools, and market trends, integrating relevant insights into training programs.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make adjustments to improve outcomes as needed.

Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to help participants apply learned skills in real-world scenarios.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role with a focus on training external clients or individuals in sales.

In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, methods, and best practices.

Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for teaching and helping others succeed.

Experience creating training programs and materials is highly preferred.

Familiarity with adult learning principles and ability to adapt to various learning styles.
