WANTED: SALES EXECUTIVE

Winner Awards Trading LLC is looking for a Sales Executive with Strong Skills.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the UAE market. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Job Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
 2–5 years of UAE sales experience is Must.
 Only UAE residents apply for this job.
 Valid UAE Driver’s License (For Roles requiring Travel)
 Preferred to immediate Joiners

Key Responsibilities:
 Identify potential clients and market opportunities specific to the UAE region.
 Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market demands.
 Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and grow the customer base.
 Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
 Develop customized solutions based on client needs and company offerings.
 Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing.
 Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
 Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
 Ensure excellent after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
 Address customer queries and resolve issues on time.
 Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
 Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports to the management team.
 Continuously identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell company products or services.
 Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.
 Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
 Submit regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.

Skills Required:
 Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
 Familiarity with digital sales tools and online marketing platforms.
