Description

Main responsibilities:

· Prepare shop drawings.
· Prepare BOQ’s, execute quantity take-off of materials and make quotations.
· Take site measurement; prepare detailed drawings and cutting list.
· Prepare designs of stone finishes (flooring, cladding, etc.).
· Perform project coordination with the clients and the project team.
· Attend meetings and closely monitor project sites to ensure that the work is executed accordingly.
Qualifications:
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Architecture/ Engineering
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Marble & Stones division / industry is a MUST.
· Proficiency with AutoCAD (2D & 3D), excellent design and drafting skills.
· High levels of creativity, imagination and vision.
· Have good communication and problem solving skills.
· Can work under pressure and must be trustworthy.

The ideal candidate should have marble company experience qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require shop, quantity, materials, make, site, measurement, cutting, stone, flooring, cladding, project coordination, project, team, monitor, engineering, marble, industry, autocad 2d, design, drafting, creativity, vision, communication, problem solving, pressure mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
