Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pest control operations, ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify pest problems and determine appropriate treatment methods.
• Develop and implement pest management plans tailored to client needs, emphasizing environmentally responsible practices.
• Train and mentor pest control technicians on effective techniques, equipment usage, and customer service excellence.
• Manage inventory of pest control products and equipment, ensuring resources are available and properly maintained.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of inspections, treatments, and follow-up actions for reporting and compliance.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements in pest control technologies to enhance service offerings and operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Environmental Science or related field is preferred.
• State certification in pest control is mandatory; additional certifications in specialized pest management are a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pest control, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of pest control products, application techniques, and safety standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices and eco-friendly pest control solutions.
• Physical fitness to perform fieldwork, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various environmental conditions.
