Description

An Online Coordinator works as an administrator to a company's Etailer partners, managing content and maintaining digital marketing campaigns. Good attention to detail, creativity, and knowledge of information technology are all highly sought-after qualities in an Online Coordinator.

• Create and manage data for each product.
• Using pre-designed templates, upload content from data and update content, including images/multi-media, formatting, and text into HTML formatting.
• Responsible for the development and implementation of online content.
• Follow established procedures to publish new online content.
• Conduct quality control tests, including spelling, grammar, on-screen aesthetics, functionality, and accuracy of entered content.
• Collect, organize, and track documentation of each product content.
• Develop and manage detailed work plans and status reports ensuring uploads/updates are completed on time.
• Assist with procuring copyright permission for the product.
• Assist the team with any marketing needs
• Create digital banners for any promotion
