Description

As an Office Manager at Electromecha International Projects (EMIP), you will hold a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our office operations. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality EPC services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency.
• Lead and mentor administrative staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Manage office budgets and expenditures effectively.
• Establish and manage relationships with service providers and vendors.
• Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Assist in coordinating employee travel plans and accommodations.
• Maintain organized records while safeguarding confidentiality.
• Act as a bridge between various departments, facilitating communication.
• Partner with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and record-keeping.
• Implement and oversee safety protocols for a secure work environment.
• Support Electromecha International Projects in delivering EPC services.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years of office management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Meticulous attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate should have bachelor's degree qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require office, manager, international, pivotal, operations, impact, lead, mentor, staff, environment, service, company, events, conferences, travel, communication, partner, recruitment, onboarding, safety, protocols, support, office management, leadership, verbal communication, microsoft office mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
