Position Title: Head Waiter

Role Overview
The Head Waiter leads the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and a memorable dining experience for guests. This role involves supervising waitstaff, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, and maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the waitstaff to ensure efficient service.

Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to guests, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.

Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for new staff members and provide ongoing coaching to enhance performance.

Shift Coordination: Organize and assign tasks among the waitstaff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Reservation Management: Handle reservations, manage table assignments, and accommodate special requests from guests.

Upselling: Recommend menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance the dining experience and increase revenue.

Conflict Resolution: Address customer complaints with professionalism and diplomacy to achieve satisfactory outcomes.

Dining Area Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
