- Job Description
- Follow set guidelines to meet incoming visitors and help them locate the specified department in the organization.
- Provide general administrative support to staff members.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Use communication channels like telephone, emails, and fax to convey precise information as per the visitor's requirement.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
- HINDI AND GUJRATI LANGUAGE MUST

Shubham Gupta (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Front Desk Receptionist in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have graduate qualification and atleast less than 1 year of experience. The position require incoming, general, administrative support, staff, phone, calls, schedule, communication, telephone, receptionist, gujrati and hindi language must mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
