Required Experience:

• Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

• Handle confidential information with discretion.

• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.

• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.

• Organize and maintain files

• Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agendas and taking minutes.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive secretary or in a similar role.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
