Description

Responsibilities:*

1. Administrative Support:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including organization of files and handling office supplies.
- Prepare and distribute official documents, memos, and letters.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact between the organization and internal/external parties.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
- Draft emails, letters, and other written communications on behalf of executives.
3. Information Management:
- Maintain and update contact databases with accuracy.
- Keep track of important dates, deadlines, and appointments.
- Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
4. Customer Service:
- Provide assistance to clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Handle inquiries and direct individuals to the appropriate personnel.
