Role Description

This is a role for a Commission Sales Associate at SIANTY. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and guiding them through the sales process. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and staying updated on product knowledge and promotions. The role requires a proactive approach to generate new sales leads and the ability to close sales efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Prior experience in a sales role is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software is beneficial
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or education is a plus
