Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present traditional Moroccan dishes using authentic ingredients and techniques.
• Design and update menus with a variety of Moroccan appetizers, main courses, and desserts.

• Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory control, and hygiene standards.
