Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Rent-a-Car Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with vehicle rentals, ensure excellent customer service, and contribute to the smooth operation of our branch.

• Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that suit their needs.
• Process rental agreements and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
• Handle inquiries about rental options, pricing, and policies.
• Inspect vehicles before and after rental to assess for damages.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge about the fleet and rental policies.
• Upsell additional products and services such as insurance, additional services, etc.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate vehicle availability and ensure timely vehicle preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rental office.
• Collaborate with the team to meet branch targets and goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and TARS.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed.
• Multilingual abilities are a bonus.
