Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the efficient functioning of daily operations and contributing to the overall success of the team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize company records, databases, and files.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing and expense tracking.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Provide general support to visitors and address their inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and processes.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
