Description

We are looking for a responsible Admin to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to our manager and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare quotations, contracts, LPO’s, invoices, delivery notes, receipt vouchers, payment vouchers, etc.
• Coordinate with clients and suppliers.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Monitor all the incoming emails and assure to reply on time.
• Write and distribute emails, correspondences, memos, faxes and forms.
• Develop and maintain a strong filing system so they remain updated and easily accessible.
• Maintain a clean contact lists.
• Report and assist the manager and staffs as needed.
Requirements
• At least 3 years related experience.
• Must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be multi-tasking and flexible to work under pressure.
